In Asaba, Delta State, armed policemen have reportedly stripped a man naked for refusing to offer bribe.

The law enforcement officers are seen in a video as they forced him into an awaiting vehicle n the in a clip which will be released soon the the victim struggles but his power was not enough to resist the policemen who appeared menacing in their handling of him
